The Challenge

BBS required a consistent way to provide customer WiFi access across multiple branches, while ensuring their internal business systems remained secure. Each location had different infrastructure setups, with some branches significantly more complex than others. The solution needed to allow customers to access the internet safely, prevent access to internal systems, be scalable across multiple locations, and work reliably in a live retail environment where downtime was not acceptable. Additionally, trade counter operations rely on connected systems for payments and services, making network reliability critical.

The Solution

Three Cherries designed and delivered a multi-site guest WiFi solution tailored to BBS’s network environment.

– Secure network segmentation using VLANs to separate guest and internal networks
– Multi-site rollout across 5 Branches
