Server support for business networks

of the server and network, which will report to our Bristol server
support centre any exceptions to defined
parameters or errors in the systems. For example we can ask the monitoring
to tell us when your server has only 10% of hard disc capacity remaining. We can
then work with you in a controlled fashion to either reduce data or
upgrade to a larger disc.
Proactive checks may be carried out while we are on site to do another job,
with a special site visit, or they might be done remotely from time to time.
For example we might carry out a test restore from your backup to prove that your data is recoverable from the backup device.
We all know what reactive support is, you call us and we react by fixing the problem. There will be circumstances when a problem can't be fixed quickly,
